An association is a direct reflection of the membership! WIMA is viewed as a well run, issue driven organization, and that is a direct reflection of the participation by our members.

This is an invitation for you to become active and have a voice in the direction of the Association. Review the list of WIMA Committees, their respective mission statements and then get involved!

International Trade Committee
To aid member companies in the conduct of business outside of the United States by identifying international trade information sources, providing general educational material, updates on current international trade issues, liaison with foreign writing instrument industry associations and support of collective export promotion programs.

Pencil Section
To oversee all issues relating to cased pencils and to keep members apprised. To recommend programs/activities to the Board of Directors regarding the Pencil Certification whenever appropriate.

Product Safety Committee
To monitor all technical issues which may affect the products or operations of member companies, develop programs and position for recommendation to the Board of Directors and coordinate efforts to keep the membership informed on technical matters.
