International Trade Committee
To aid member companies in the conduct of business outside of the United States
by identifying international trade information sources, providing general educational
material, updates on current international trade issues, liaison with foreign
writing instrument industry associations and support of collective export promotion
programs.
Pencil Section
To oversee all issues relating to cased pencils and to keep members apprised.
To recommend programs/activities to the Board of Directors regarding the Pencil Certification whenever appropriate.
Program & Exhibits Committee
To coordinate arrangements for the WIMA annual
meeting, including location selection, social and business
programs and promotion of the event.
Product Safety Committee
To monitor all technical issues which may affect the products or operations
of member companies, develop programs and position for recommendation to the
Board of Directors and coordinate efforts to keep the membership informed on
technical matters.
